Shipping destinations
We ship to physical street addresses in the contiguous United States: the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes or APO, FPO and DPO military addresses.
Shipping costs and timing
Available shipping options and costs appear at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Review the order total before placing your order.
Processing and transit time depend on availability, the item’s size, the destination and the shipping service. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Oversized items and orders containing several products may require additional preparation or separate packages.
Follow your order
When tracking is available, open Tracking & returns in your account to see package details and the carrier’s latest saved updates. Carrier tracking links provide further delivery information. If you ordered as a guest, reply to your order confirmation email for help.
Address changes or delivery problems
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number if you need to correct an address or report a missing, damaged or incorrect shipment. Address changes depend on whether the package has already shipped.
